GP Pharm, through its research and development team and all its qualified personnel in the different areas of work of the company, has the health service and the improvement of the quality of life of patients as the maximum social commitment, using sustainable technologies that are committed to a model of medicine with all the guarantees of safety and quality that is smarter and less invasive.

GP Pharm's corporate culture is firmly rooted in the observance of human and social rights, and in the effective integration of all groups of employees with respect for diversity into the company.

Because of this conviction, GP Pharm has developed a Code of Ethics that summarises the set of rights, duties and responsibilities that GP Pharm expressly assumes towards all parties with which it interacts in the development of its activity, undertaking actions related to:

  • Work for pay equity: GP Pharm is committed to a fair and equal pay policy for all groups that are part of the company, in order to eliminate pay differences due to gender, origin, or any other aspect that may be likely to generate an unfair pay gap, ensuring the payment of wages within the established deadlines, as well as compliance with the conditions established in the collective agreement.
  • Uphold the principle of relational integrity: All persons who have a relationship with GP Pharm are obliged to carry out their activities following the highest ethical standards, being honest and inspiring trust, with consistent behaviour and ensuring the good reputation of GP Pharm at all times.
  • Championing gender equality: GP Pharm does not admit any type of conduct that involves, directly or indirectly, any type of discrimination, abuse, hostility or offense against people.
  • Commitment to training: GP Pharm is committed to maintaining an investment policy for the learning and continuous professional training of its employees.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety: GP Pharm promotes occupational health and safety and applies, in collaboration with its workers, the preventive measures established in this respect in current legislation and any other that may be established in the future.

  • Truthful information: Ensures that all the information collected in its processes is accurate, objective, justified and in accordance with scientific data and the applicable legislation in force and promptly and accurately informs shareholders, customers and workers of the situation and outlook of the company.
  • Ethical integrity: GP Pharm respects and protects the privacy of people (employees, customers and collaborators).
  • Responsible suppliers: Promotes the relationship with suppliers of goods and services in an ethical, legal and respectful manner, and that in turn also implement CSR policies.
  • Transparency and responsibility in tax matters: GP Pharm is committed to carrying out a responsible policy regarding its tax obligations.
  • Commitment to the community: Commitment to policies that contribute to the progress of the community and population where it is located, in order to favor said community and provide feedback on this progress, gaining strength within the community environment.

Ensuring the protection of the environment, betting on an increasingly sustainable business and scientific activity

GP Pharm believes in respect for the environment and wants to be part of a committed society where sustainability is the main axis of its activity both now and for future generations.

Our commitment is to comply with current legal regulations together with the development of a cross-cutting environmental policy within the company that is governed by the following basic principles:

  • Transversal commitment: since it requires the active collaboration of all the company's departments, with the protection of the environment, ensuring sustainability in all the company's daily activities.
  • Efficient and sustainable management of resources:
    • Promote responsible use of water, installing new technologies that allow consumption to be adjusted to the company's needs, avoiding waste and promoting its reuse when possible.
    • Promote the consumption of zero-kilometer and 100% recyclable materials.
    • Promote the simplification of the materials used towards the use of fewer and recyclable materials.
    • Promote the improvement of our processes in order to carry out a rational and efficient management of our resources and a reduction in the waste generated.
  • Reduce energy consumption (gas, electricity, fuels): through the acquisition of more efficient equipment and the application of a responsible consumption policy.
  • Promote the use of green energy: investing in solar energy consumption.
    • Minimising the generation of waste and its final management: in order to reduce the company's ecological footprint.
  • Promote the involvement and participation of all employees and companies that collaborate with GP Pharm with the protection of the environment.
